The Beijing Internet Court deemed the AI-generated image to be a legitimate artwork and directed the defendant, Liu, to issue a public apology. Additionally, Liu is required to compensate the plaintiff with 500 yuan (US$70.43) for damages and 50 yuan to cover court fees.
